Not all workout routines are built the same.

In 2025, I launched my workout plans based on the results my clients and I have achieved over the past two years. And as far as I am aware, you will not find the combination of my exercise selections and substitutes, intensity guidelines, aesthetic or pricing anywhere on the Internet.

Nonetheless, if you’re concerned that your gym won’t have the kit you’ve seen in my videos or you have hybrid goals or a schedule that don’t easily fit into the proven fitness plans live on my site, then let’s build you a workout routine that works for you.
To note, if you don’t have access to a commercial gym or an extensive gym set-up at home, then you will need the following kit or be able to source it following our set-up call:

  • Trainers/running shoes with good grip
  • An adjustable step
  • Space to jump, lunge and maybe fall over!
  • Standardised weights of challenging or adjustable increments, e.g. 2kg, 6kg and 10kg dumbbells (and the willingness to buy heavier weights if you need them to progress) and
  • Resistance bands (we can discuss these on the call but I have thin, medium and thick bands in my home set-up).

To note: While following this plan will get you closer to your desired goal, it’s important to recognise that lifestyle and nutrition play major roles in achieving results that last. If you feel like you could benefit from support in these areas – not covered in this programme – then my online coaching offer could be a better fit for you. However, that said, if you already have a comprehensive understanding of nutrition and how factors like sleep and recovery play a vital role in helping you hit your goals, then by all means purchase this custom plan that we’ll tweak to suit your individual needs. Refund Policy for Digital Workout Plans

As soon as you receive the link to your programme, you gain full access to its content and my coaching services. For this reason, I cannot provide refunds once the plan has been delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if the programme is demonstrably faulty (e.g. it fails to load or contains a technical error). In such cases, you must contact me within 14 days of purchase, providing details of the issue, and I will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Processing Fees

In the rare event that a refund is granted, 10% of the sale price will be retained to cover payment processing fees and administrative costs. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

This policy complies with applicable laws, including those in the European Union (EU) and United States (US), where digital products are generally non-refundable unless defective. By purchasing the programme, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a “cooling-off period” as soon as the product is delivered.

  • Can be 12 weeks long with between 2 to 6 weekly workouts depending on your availability and always grounded in research, my own training and client results
  • Tells you exactly how many sets and reps to do of each exercise to see progress
  • Can optionally complement sport-specific goals like running, tennis or boxing (I’m a level 4-qualified strength and conditioning coach)
  • Gives you guidance on the perfect warm up routine and
  • Tips for training intensity to minimise injury risk
  • Describes any intensity techniques used in this plan and across the fitness industry
  • Lists exercise set-up videos with me demonstrating each movement plus
  • Substitute exercises if your gym doesn’t have the equipment or it’s busy
  • Centres on a customisable spreadsheet for you to log your gains with
  • Provides space for your own training notes and gives
  • Advice for what to do after you’ve completed the full routine.

In our 30-minute set-up call we’ll discuss:

  • Your goal/s
  • Your current fitness levels
  • Your ability to access and use workout equipment
  • Which (if any) intensity techniques to use
  • Why some exercises and set-ups are better than others for your specific needs
