Until June 2024 I worked as a Level 3 Personal Trainer at Pure Gym Sheffield City Centre South for a year and a half, and for the last nine months of my time working there I was also qualified as a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning coach.

While I’m now solely working as an online coach, this PT experience means I’m equipped to give clients the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed in the gym. I’m not just a keyboard warrior or drill sergeant.
