My weekly client newsletter, first called ‘Fitness & Thinking Fridays’ over on Substack, was where I shared what was on my mind when it came to mine and others’ training, as well as insights into my life beyond my work as an online coach and PT. Since then, it’s become simply Fitness & Thinking, representing a shift to a podcast with guests and a written 1,000 words a week interested in six specific aspects of wellbeing: our physical, mental, social, spiritual, emotional and financial states.
