In 2023, I set out with the aim to build an “X-frame” physique – wide shoulders, small waist and thicker quads – and following this very routine, I think I managed it. You can check for yourself on my Instagram.

This is a workout routine for all trainees interested in hourglass figures or snatch waists or generally fit looking body shapes.

This 12-week muscle-building workout plan is one of my most challenging yet and is not suitable for beginners.
