Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective from 08/01/2025

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing my coaching services. By purchasing a product or service from Jack Mann, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it carefully, as it applies to all of my coaching and fitness programmes, including:

  • Pre-written workout plans and personalised workout plans
  • One-to-one coaching services

2. Refund Eligibility

I stand behind the quality of my services and products. However, refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

Programme Faults

If the programme you’ve received is demonstrably faulty (e.g., it fails to load, contains significant glitches, or contains errors that prevent its use), you may be entitled to a refund, provided that the issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable time.

Proven Non-Delivery

If you have not received the product or service due to an error on my part (e.g., system failure or lost delivery), I will assess the situation and provide a resolution, which may include a refund.

Refund requests for the above exceptions must be made within 7 days of receiving the programme or starting the one-to-one coaching service. After this period, refund requests may be declined.

Fat or Weight Loss Coaching: “Every Penny Back” Guarantee

I offer an “Every Penny Back” Guarantee on my fat/weight loss coaching under the following conditions:

  • You must demonstrate, using the tracking sheets I provide, that you have followed the programme exactly as instructed, but have not seen measurable progress.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the duration of the programme.

Note: If the plan has not been followed, or progress is hindered by inconsistent effort, lack of adherence to the nutritional plan, or missed workouts, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process and Deductions

If you are eligible for a refund under the conditions mentioned above, the following deductions will be applied:

Administrative Fees

  • 10% of the total sale price will be deducted to cover administrative processing fees, payment gateway charges, and system handling.

Calls

  • If you have participated in any coaching or set-up calls, £75 per session will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of my receipt of your request, minus the applicable deductions.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Workout Plans

Refunds for all workout plans purchased directly from the website are available in cases where the programme is demonstrably faulty (e.g., it fails to load, contains errors, or has technical issues that prevent you from using it) as described above.

Refund Eligibility for Personalised Workout Plans

If you have scheduled a set-up call as part of your personalised plan and fail to attend the call without prior notice, you will not be eligible for any refund.

I acknowledge however that plans sometimes change, as such:

  • Cancellation on the Call: If you choose to cancel during the call or decide not to proceed after starting the session, I will offer a partial refund of 50% of the total purchase price. The refund will be processed after the call is completed.
  • Cancellation before a scheduled Call: If you cancel your scheduled call before it begins, a refund of 75% of the total purchase price will be issued, provided no materials have been delivered or coaching has taken place. This ensures that my time and preparation are compensated.
  • Cancellation before scheduling a Call: If you decide not to go ahead with the personalised workout plan, you are entitled to a refund less the administrative fees discussed above.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Fat or Weight Loss Coaching

“Every Penny Back” Guarantee

I offer an Every Penny Back Guarantee on my fat or weight loss coaching. To qualify for the refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Proof of Adherence: You must demonstrate that you have followed the programme exactly, using the tracking sheets I provide, but have not seen measurable progress in fat loss.
  • Refund requests must be made within the duration of your coaching plan.

Exclusions

No refunds will be granted for:

  • Lack of effort
  • Inconsistent adherence to the recommendations given
  • Missed workouts
  • Failure to track progress

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Broader Coaching (Muscle Gain, Sports Performance, Lifestyle Coaching)

Results & Effort-Based

In the case of broader coaching (including but not limited to muscle gain, sports performance, or lifestyle coaching), the results you achieve will largely depend on your consistent effort and commitment. Therefore, I do not offer specific outcome-based refunds for these services.

No Refunds for Non-Compliance

Refunds will not be provided:

  • If the programme was not followed and agreed-upon work was not completed
  • If progress was hindered by lack of effort

7. Early Cancellation of Any Form of One-on-One Coaching

If you wish to cancel any form of one-on-one coaching before the programme’s completion, refunds will be considered at my discretion. The refund amount will depend on the services provided up until the point of cancellation alongside the administrative fees discussed in point 3.

Refund Deductions:

  • £120 for personalised programming
  • The cost of any coaching calls attended (£75 per 45-minute session)

Refunds will be calculated based on the services already rendered, and no refunds will be granted if the programme was not followed or if effort was inconsistent.

8. Customisation and Programme Ownership

All personalised plans, workout regimes, nutrition guides, and other bespoke materials are the intellectual property of Jack Mann and are non-transferable. Once delivered, these resources are considered part of the service you have purchased. If you have accessed any of these materials, they are non-refundable.

9. Acknowledgment of Responsibility

By purchasing my services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:

  • Following the provided programme to the best of your ability.
  • Maintaining communication with me, tracking your progress, and engaging with feedback to ensure success.
  • Taking reasonable steps to adhere to the nutritional guidelines and training routines outlined in the plan.

As results are dependent on your effort, I do not guarantee specific outcomes.

10. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under UK law. I retain the right to decline any refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

11. Changes to this Policy

I reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically. Changes will not affect any purchases made before the update date unless the changes apply to legal compliance or existing customer disputes.

12. Acknowledgment of Policy Agreement


By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. You further acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a “cooling-off period” once access to the programme or coaching services has been granted.
